imagehokkaido is a photo and video download service platform operated by Autograph LLC that shares the beauty of Hokkaido.
We have worked with travel agencies, media, and advertising companies across Japan and overseas through various Hokkaido tourism promotion projects. In doing so, we’ve heard many say:

"We want more appealing pictures of Hokkaido."
"We want to use photos and videos for free."
"It is difficult to get permission every time we use a photo or video."
"We want photos and videos that are safe for commercial use."

We often wondered how to meet these demands. Finally, we consulted with professional photographers and filmmakers based in Hokkaido that we work with every day. The common responses we got were:

"I want many people to see my scenery pictures of Hokkaido."
"I want to show many people a new side of Hokkaido that has never been seen before."
"I would be happy if my name was credited as a photographer."
"I’m happy to provide the material for free if it potentially leads to a new job."

So we decided to create a platform that connects our colleagues to our customers. If a lot of attention is drawn to Hokkaido through the photos and videos on imagehokkaido, it could inspire new businesses, art, entertainment, and attract investment. As a result, all parties involved, our clients, business partners, and imagehokkaido, can benefit from this platform.
For the time being, we will only provide services to companies and freelance professionals, or those who have been introduced by them.

オートグラフ合同会社が運営するimagehokkaidoは北海道の魅力を発信する写真・動画ダウンロードサービスプラットフォームです。
これまで仕事上お付き合いのあった日本国内・海外の旅行会社様やメディア関係者の皆様より、「もっとキャッチーな北海道の写真が欲しい」「無料で写真や動画を使いたい」「都度、使用許可を取るのが面倒」 「商用利用を前提とした安全な写真や動画が欲しい」 というご要望を数多くいただいておりました。
私達はどうしたらこれらのご要望に応えることができるのか考えました。そして、日頃から一緒に仕事をしている北海道を拠点に活動するプロカメラマンや 映像クリエイターに相談したのです。すると、
「自分の撮った北海道の風景を多くの人に見てもらいたい」
「これまでになかった北海道の新しいイメージを広めたい」
「撮影者として自分の名前がクレジットされると嬉しい」
「新しい仕事に繋がれば、無償で提供しても良い」
という反応が返ってきました。
そこで、私達は私達のお客様と仕事仲間を繋ぐプラットフォームを作ることにしました。
